TEMPO Padel & Pickleball Club

This was my first time, and I’ll definitely be going back! It’s a great place for team building, hanging out with friends, or spending time with a significant other. They offer both non-alcoholic drinks and liquor. I really enjoyed it—thank you!

The intro class instructed by Alan was such a fun experience!!! He taught good technique and lots of trials to practice all the different type of plays.

Came for the free intro class and needless to say, I’ll be back! Alan was a great instructor. Very patient and helpful, especially for beginners who have never played before. There’s also a great concession stand with coffee and cocktails, plus great music!

My friend and I came here for their free 1-hour Padel lesson and had an amazing time! Tempo is tucked away in a secluded lot off Brittmoore Rd. The parking lot has a bit of a deep dip in the middle… I do hope that can be fixed in the future. Once you walk onto the premises, you feel like you’re at an island villa. They played some great EDM music while we were there. Rackets were very affordable to rent for our lesson. The pickleball and Padel courts are well-maintained and look beautiful! The instructor and owner, Alan, had a very positive and welcoming attitude when we first met him. You could immediately tell how passionate he was about introducing Padel to the Houston community. Our lesson involved doing forehand, backhand, serve, and off-the-wall drills using a ball machine. Alan did a great job of explaining the proper form and techniques. He made it very easy for me to understand the fundamentals. His reassuring words and constructive feedback made me very enthusiastic to continue with the drills. After the drills, we got to do a practice game which was lots of fun! Afterwards, we were treated to a complimentary Gatorade which I was in dire need of as it was quite hot outside! I had such a fun time learning this sport and I would love to come back with my friends to show them how fun Padel is! Shoutout to Alan for being such an amazing instructor.

This place is amazing! It’s such a vibe. I always come after work and the beautiful lady Yelitza always lets us finish our set (we’re always the last ones to leave), She’s such a sweet heart! Definitely check this place out
