Rallies Pickleball Club

Rallies is a great spot for all things pickle ball! Just started getting into the sport and this location is very welcoming for all types of players. A lot of courts so waiting times are very short. The staff, especially Cici, are very welcoming and friendly. She helped our group out a lot and that didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks Cici looking forward to many more sessions at Rallies!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service as I did with Cece, the lady at the front desk. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She failed to explain the difference between an open play and a reservation, she only gave us the option to reserve. We didn’t seem to be the only ones having problems with her either, other people overheard our conversation and also agreed that she was rude. This place is 7 minutes away from my house and I would have loved to potentially have a membership here, but the thought of having Cece at the front desk makes me not even want to come back. The rest of the staff seems to be very friendly!

I have been here a couple of times and I have to say, the staff really improved on how they run open play. Wait time is not too long considering the amount of people that are at open play. I like that. I think the most I have ever waited for a game was 10-15 minutes. That gives me enough time to rest in between games. What I am deducting stars for is how HOT it is here. Why is it so hot? I am drenched if I am playing mid-day and that should not happen since I am paying to play indoors. If I wanted to sweat that much, I would've played for free outside where there's at least a breeze. I have talked to a lot of people and they all share the same opinion. Some say they didn't mind the heat while a great majority said they'd prefer it if it was cooler. Great facility, nice people but it is super hot. Makes it uncomfortable sometimes. Besides the heat, I do like the facility. If they can fix the heat, this place would be 5/5 in my books. Great price and great people.

Great place to have competitive play. They just had a soft opening and so far the staff there have been the most friendly and engaged. This is how a pickleball facility should feel like!

This was my first time going to rallies and probably my last. This was all due to the service from cici, the young lady at the front desk. She was really rude from the start, helping other guests first even though we had arrived there first. She kept dismissing us and telling us to move to the side, even towards the end of our visit when I was trying to turn in my paddle I had rented, she made us stand there for minutes while she was just on her phone. Super unprofessional and not welcoming at all:(
