Ace Pickleball Club

My daughter had a Pickkeball Birthday held at Ace in Voorhees. All of her friends who were beginners had a lesson with paddles provided by the club. After the lessons, everyone played for a little bit and then a round robin tournament was held. Everyone had a blast and since most of them were beginners, no one was intimidated to play against each other. We also used their party room and brought some food. Butch and his staff were all amazing. Can’t look anywhere else to hold our parties, other than ACE. It was the best experience!

I only started at ACE about a week ago and it has been a very, very positive experience. The staff has been outstanding and remarkable. My classes, lessons and guidance from Butch, Greg, and Joe have been amazing. They have really added so much to help me enjoy and learn the game. I went once for a free class and joined the next day because their staff makes the experience that good! I haven’t been very athletic in years and they are making it easy and fun. I’m really grateful that I went and learned that this is obviously a great place to be!

Let me start by saying this club is great! The front desk staff are very friendly and consistently helpful. Joe, Serena, and Greg are always welcoming. The facility is consistently clean, well-stocked with hand sanitizers and tissues, and the bathrooms and changing rooms are always maintained to a high standard. When you wish to practice drills or need a fourth player to play, the staff reliably step in, which is very much appreciated. However, there are areas where the club could improve. The club hosts tournaments throughout the year, providing a valuable opportunity for members to compete both within the club and at a national level. Unfortunately, I have observed instances where the club or general manager allows many members to compete outside of their appropriate bracket levels. This occurs more often than it should and can be quite discouraging for other players. Allowing such behavior undermines the fairness of the competitions and is unfair to members who are not as experienced or are competing at their appropriate levels. Additionally, staff members are welcome to participate in tournaments when members do not have a partner or partners, and they have not prohibited members from participating while waiting on the wait list. The club sometimes adjusts rules to serve its own interests, which can disadvantage regular members. The current approach to tournaments needs to be addressed to ensure fairness and integrity. If this continues, lower-level players may never have a genuine chance to win, which is discouraging and unfair. I have noticed this issue at least twice since joining, and I believe it warrants attention to improve the overall experience for all members. I hope that the situation will be different when the new club opens in Moorestown.

Very friendly staff, helpful with drills and in any way to make your experience a good one. It's an excellent facility and managed well by manager Andy.

Been coming to Ace for about a year now. I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. The open play format that I doubted in the beginning really works. The surface of the court really makes your body recover quicker after a good two hour play. The key to the success is the staff and ownership all quality people that truly care about the members. I look forward to the opening of the Moorestown facility
