West Park

First and foremost ~ yes, there is a spot to use the bathroom, but it's a portapotty 😬 View of the city line! Cute park in the city. Basket ball court, baseball area, playground, community garden, amphitheater, and little pond :) but it does look like it could be a little sketchy after dark. Quite a few homeless folk.

Had a fun time just walking around and chilling out overall. Great place to go to catch a outdoor vibe smell the grass. Hear the water and the birds definitely go check this place out

Tons of wildlife life at and around this awesome place of a park definitely recommend if you are in the Ann arbor area the people that frequent the part are super friendly as well.

UPDATE 11-17-25 🍁🍁Nice park with trails that lead through to neighborhoods. There is an amphitheatre but I think under construction because of water damage? A baseball and softball field, and swings and slides for the kids.

I love what this park offers: vast area to walk with concrete and wooden paths, a bandshell, a pond with real and changing fauna to watch through the seasons, a baseball field, a community garden and a decent small playground... it hosts concerts in the summer too. It's mostly clean and used by the community. Sometimes it is visited by people with other purposes far from enjoying the park and that is very sad. The City has added more light, a decent portable bathroom and a kid-attractive playground and I think it's great by now. Everybody should try to keep this park safe for all, for the good habits of a vibrant community.
