I had asbestos removed from ceilings by another contractor on a different project so I have a basis for comparison. On all dimensions, WE Restoration far exceeded my expectations and certainly was so much better than my experience with my previous asbestos abatement project. First, WE prepared a detailed scope of work which made me sure we were both on the same page as to the nature and extent of the job. Second, Itai (the gentleman I worked with) was very responsive to my questions. Third, he made all the arrangements to meet state and building requirements for the project. The previous contractor laid some of that work on me. Third, Itai kept me informed as the project moved along. Finally, when the project was completed, Itai offered helpful and innovative suggestions about the follow-up work that needed to be done. During the whole project, Itai was easily accessible on his cell phone. The completed work was neat, thorough and the project clean-up was done with great care.
