I enjoyed my first visit to the Center as a spectator. There are a decent number of seatbacks for viewing either courts 1/3/5 or 2/4/6. Sitting on a grassy hillside is another option. Parking is available nearby, with easy access to downtown Ann Arbor, hotels, central campus, I94, or US23.
I can't cancel my membership. I wanted to purchase a 6 month membership for the winter, but my membership automatically renews when it expires. I tried to cancel my membership to stop it from renewing, but there isn't a way to do it on the website. I tried sending them an email with no response, and I called them 3 times already, and now they've already billed me for the next 6 months. Every time I am told they will leave a note to their manager, but I haven't seen any changes. How can the keep charging me for a service I don't want?
Nice facility, but did not enjoy being a member here. New management charges for outdoor courts now, but offer nothing in return. There was no organized activities while I was a member, so if you need to meet new players or like to play tennis socially you are better off joining a club. However I did enjoy the night owl indoor court rates, maybe the cheapest in town.
Don't answer their phones during opening hours. When they start answering I will revaluate their rating.
