Avoid this place. Not friendly at all. We had our daughter birthday party. It was a bad experience with them and definitely we don't recommend it. I don't understand the rules they have. So my daughter the birthday girl cannot celebrate her birthday with her friends in the room we booked and payed for it if she swims without floaties but if she uses floaties she can enter the room and cut her cake. Is there more craziness than this. My daughter didn't want to put floaties and she kept crying on her birthday.

This rec center is a fantastic community asset! The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Whether you’re here for the gym, the pool, or a fitness class, there’s something for everyone.

Better half loves to swim. Staff needs training on times alloted and age appropriate. Also apply the signs for MEN ONLY IN MENS ROOMS AND WOMEN ONLY IN WOMEN'S ROOMS!!! Remove membership if they can't figure this one out!

Great facility, and especially love The Clubhouse Park for the kids. It has some great and unique playground equipment and is baseball themed! What could be better?

The pools are nice if it isnt super crowded, gym is great. The only issue I've had is with the membership fees. When I called to renew my membership, the lady on the phone said id be paying $12 for the remainder of the month (this was literally June 30th. No more days in June). Then my membership would renew and id pay the full amount in July. So why i was charged not only the $12 and the fee for July, but i also got charged for the FULL MONTH OF JUNE. WHEN I RENEWED ON JUNE 30TH. when I called, the lady was rude and basically said I was SOL, and not their problem that their employee did this or was wrong. You need to make sure your employees are properly educated and relaying the correct information. Why was i charged the $12 then? Why would you think charging someone for the entire previous month, on the last day of the month, plus a $12 fee for funsies, is okay? Seriously reconsidering my membership because that's just wild to me.
