Stillwater Ranch Community Park

Came here mid-morning on a weekday hoping to use the pickeball courts but found them locked for residents. I would pay a few bucks to use them during off hours if it’s residents they’re for. Four stars for the cleanliness though.

It's a good little park, but there is no shade for the basketball courts. If it's a hot sunny day then it's really hard to play.

Great size pool. Has kid/shallow areas and lanes for laps. Plenty of chairs and a few tables with umbrellas. Every once in a while the community event coordinator hosts an event.

Great neighborhood and they have great events for the community

Great place if you have little ones, due to the Elementary school being on site. Its literally a 2 minute commute in my vehicle. The down side is, the neighbors that dont take care of there own front lawns, and HOA will not do anything about it... Theres actually this neighbor that resides on the corner of Pinto Canyon & Twisted Spur, and decided to paint his fence a Red Barn color?? How did the HOA let that one slide? Finally, theres an individual that parks his white Ford Truck, by a water drainage and leaves it there for up to months, and then switches vehicles, and then parks his Chevy suburban, and mind you, this person lives 11 or 12 houses down, and comes all the way by my home and parks. The HOA will not do absolutely nothing about it. Theres a list of things, and it goes on and on.. Just a little something so you, and you wont be surprised. Welcome to Stillwater ranch.
