States Street Playground Park

Well-maintained park with dated equipment, sandbox, large field, configurable tennis/basketball court (the net is on wheels), restroom. The view is decent but not amazing. It's just a quiet, safe place to sit or play with your dog or bring a child to play.

Good playground and good courts. However, the grass is practically unusable because everyone takes their dogs here. I don’t understand why they don’t just walk 5 minutes across the hill to the designated dog park. This park would be great if I could actually play on the grass. Anytime you try to run you hit multiple divots and roll like 3 ankles.

Beautiful view for a tennis / play ground!

Would be better if there were water fountains at the playground/ tennis court area. The playground hasn't changed in 40 years except for them taking out the fountain. Atleast there's still a restroom, just remember to BYOB. The community garden is relatively new and nice. I guess you could get water from the spiget(if there is 1).

Old school playground with some slides and a swing set. Almost always empty. Beautiful views of the city. Access to the Randall museum via a long uphill ramp.
