This park is a great place for all ages and groups of families. The park has a library branch that offers a variety of activities like tutoring, storytelling on Saturday, yoga classes, and more. The pool is heated, closes at 9pm.

Beautiful and very active park in Shenandoah area just north of Coconut Grove Even though we are upset that they took their one Beach Volleyball court away. They did a great job with the redesign, adding basketball courts soccer fields and a pool It’s right next to a public library as well They also have tennis courts and racquetball courts that are used on a daily

Brought the kids to Shenandoah Park and it was such a nice little spot. The playground kept them busy forever and there’s plenty of space to run around. It felt safe, clean, and easy which is all I really want as a mom. Simple family time that just worked perfectly.

I had a very frustrating experience with a park ranger “Michael “who appeared not to know or properly enforce the park rules. There was a man inside a restricted court/area where he was clearly not allowed to be. Despite this, the ranger was unable to explain the rules or take appropriate action to remove the individual. Instead of addressing the situation, the ranger seemed unsure of the regulations and allowed the person to remain, creating confusion and concern for those of us who were following the rules. Additionally, I later tried to locate the ranger or the manager office/location during their scheduled working hours, but nobody in charge “Alicia” was present at that time. A park ranger should be knowledgeable, available during assigned hours, and capable of enforcing park policies to ensure safety and fairness for everyone. I hope this issue is addressed and that additional training and accountability are provided.

Beautiful new playground, tennis, swim, soccer, and baseball in the heart of the city! Plenty of trees, grass space and shade for the entire family to enjoy. The library has many offerings for kids and the rec center offers workout classes. The updated park is certainly a highlight of the wonderful Shenandoah neighborhood!
