Beautiful, family friendly place! My husband and I love the concept. We will definitely be back to try the lessons. After strolling the area, my husband and I sat at the bar for a few drinks since the music was great. It was not too loud and you can have a conversation. The bartender made some food suggestions and we decided on the Carnivore Pizza. I’m not a fan of pizza, but this pizza was great! I loved the thin crust plus it was not heavily sauced. The drinks were reasonably priced. Serve will be one of our regular spots. I will be back to play the giant Battleship game. I was just surprised that there was no entrance fee. Definitely better than Top Golf on food and prices. A good family entertainment spot.
For my first time, I had such a blast. The Kona Big Wave on tap and letting out some steam with the fellas was epic. Wish we would have known an hour would go by so fast and without realizing someone booked after us before extending our court time! Get the extra hour 😉
Came on a Sunday with my family. The patio was empty with no staff around. When I asked how service worked, the response was rude and unhelpful. I was ignored at the bar before anyone finally acknowledged me. Food was disappointing. The $15 carne asada tacos came with barely any meat and cold tortillas, one of them torn. My wife’s antipasto wrap was worse than a grocery store deli option. No manager ever checked on us. Nice-looking place, but poor service and bad food.
This is my second time coming to this establishment. The second time we came to celebrate my best friend at the restraunt and the service was so amazing. Since I arrived two waitresses helped me decorate the table. Our waitress was very accommodating and helped bring us a sparkler to celebrate with our cake. The gentleman who I approached for plates and a knife was so kind to me as well. Amazing service and so much fun and affordable for big groups!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. We waited over 20 minutes for service while sitting outside with only three other tables occupied. During that entire time, there was zero acknowledgment from staff. I even went to the bar to try to order, where I was completely ignored by two employees, despite more than five staff members inside doing nothing but talking and texting. To make it worse, my daughter personally saw a server in the bathroom on her phone while we were still waiting outside with no service. There was no management presence, no check-ins, no urgency—nothing. The only reason we finally received service at all is because I had to walk up to someone and ask, “What the hell is going on here?” At that point, a woman who wasn’t even assigned to our section stepped in and provided excellent service—which only highlighted how bad everything else had been. She stated the assigned person never saw us. This place has a serious staffing, management, and accountability problem. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down employees just to be acknowledged. Completely disappointing experience, and not somewhere I’d recommend based on service alone.
