Scott Pickleball Center in Rockwood Park

This block of 8 dedicated pickleball courts was built 3 years ago as Public/Private endeavor between the pickleball players and The County of Chesterfield, Va. They have been heavily used ever sense hosting many players on a daily basis for open play, Park and Rec classes, as well as, tournaments and traveling professional teachers such as Prem Carnot, "The Pickleball Guru," Sarah Ashboury, Co Mo of the Villages, Fl, Dee Ahern and Paul Cash. Without this successful partnership, these courts would have never been built. Thank you! The are the best courts around with some shade, close , clean restrooms, comfortable seating and divider nets to keep from having too many "Balls on Court!"

Clean area. Small parking lot. Players considerate of others. Two pickleball courts and two tennis courts. Looking forward to returning.

Rockwood is my first choice when l play pickleball. The players are friendly and welcoming. I've been playing there for some 3 1/2 years. Can't say enough good things 👍

We really enjoy this park's courts. They have 8 courts total and the other players are friendly. There is plenty of parking available in two different lots. Typically a free court is available, unless a special event is being held. There is a bulletin board and a calendar of events posted outside the courts.

Super nice Pickleball courts! We went over the weekend, and everyone was super nice and invited us to play with them. There are nets that stop the balls (amazing)! I would definitely recommend.
