Salmon Creek Indoor Sports Arena

My first experience at this facility was an event for my granddaughter's birthday. We had the field for an hour then moved into a room for food and socializing. The field was nice, and seating was decent, but there was a discrepancy with what time we could have access to the room for decorating and prep. No one was booked before us, but we were refused access for the time agreed when booked due to an error of some kind. Instead of compromise or understanding, the staff was steadfast on keeping that room empty for some reason. Ultimately, it delayed the event, and staff started cleaning while we were still in there. Would I consider another event there? Only if someone else insisted on it.

The refereeing is consistently poor and a major issue at this location. For the price, I expected trained, competent officials. Excessive pulling, pushing, and tripping routinely go uncalled, which is incredibly frustrating to watch. The lack of obvious yellow and red card calls allows situations to escalate unnecessarily, leading to avoidable arguments and on-field confrontations. This could easily be improved with stronger, more consistent officiating. The lack of competency is unacceptable

This place was awesome! Took our daycare group here and it was great. Wish there were some more soft balls (we had a very large group) and there isn't a water fountain but there is a water bottle filling station and they did give us cups for our kids! It was super fun!

After playing here for 15 years we have watched management gone from good to ok to tolerable to horrible. Literally arguing about outcomes from games and then saying oh we read it wrong. Customer service is non existent while the prices are through the roof with horrible referees and deplorable playing conditions. There are few options in Clark county for indoor soccer but salmon creek is the bottom of the barrel, which is sad because it was not always like this. Ego, greed and outright favoritism have taken over. Sad to see!
