Convient location with lots of parking, staff is friendly, courteous & helpful. Equipment selection is good, there is everything ya need to get a good workout. Nice locker room, pool and pickle ball court. Membership fee is very reasonable! If you are looking for a personal trainer, there are several. my favorite is Jennifer Weaver, she's super knowledgeable, energetic & genuinely cares about her clients and their goals

Good workout and not alot of people. We got right in and didn't have to wait to weights

I liked the place. My kids enjoyed the pool and my husband liked the gym. Love it.

Didn't really check out the whole place but I do know that they had an indoor pool and an outdoor basketball court. It was two stories with the showers downstairs. They did have restrooms on the entry level. The showers had multiple open showerheads as well as single stalls with curtains. Huge locker room with hair dryers. Friendly staff. Check out all the cute little rubber ducks dressed up in the window sill of the entrance. :)

I visited this Y while I was visiting my grandchildren in sacramento. They very kindly let me use my out of town membership to swim while I was there. Very friendly staff. The Y is close to the freeway and you do hear the freeway noise and see the cars going by on the ramp. They have a nice big locker room and plenty of showers.
