Roosevelt (Theodore) Park

Roosevelt park is a great parked tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Next to the busy streets of Roosevelt and Clark but fenced in. The park itself is a large open space that’s great for dogs to roam freely without the fear of running into the street. There’s no through traffic. There are also 3 tennis courts within the park and a swing set. The tennis courts are outdated and need to be repaved but still useable just not the best experience. Overall great park just needs to be kept up a bit more.
It has calisthenics workout bars! Pull up and dip bars, the closest calisthenics park I found to the Millennium park. It also has tennis courts, playground for kids and it is dog friendly.
Nice small park in the heart of the South Loop. It has an area for dogs and pickleball courts.
Relatively private park within Dearborn park neighborhood. There are 2 tennis courts and a decent work out space. The park gets busy and the tennis courts fill up quickly on weekends. Plenty of trees to put up a hammock.
Two new dedicated pickleball courts as well as two new tennis courts. Wish they added more pickleball courts since they get packed!
