Roosevelt Park

Beautifully preserved 217-acre community park with something for everyone. Spacious green lawns, shady trees, and winding trails make it perfect for morning strolls or weekend family outings. Multiple sports fields, tennis and basketball courts, lakeside picnic areas, and paths for walking or biking provide year-round recreation. The man-made lake offers peaceful spots for fishing or simply watching ducks glide by, and seasonal skating adds to its charm in winter. This is a really beautiful park. I forgot about those days when i was a kid there was so much to do at the park. I didnt fully get to explore the park 100% but i will say that just walking around was good enough for me, seeing all the animals enjoying themselves with humans around shows they do not care and do them. Basketball, tennis, bike riding, fishing, exercising etc it was really beautiful especially with a gorgeous sunset. Its really cool that there is a mall right across from it. Whenever I go to the mall I come here

It’s a beautiful park. Highly recommend early morning hours. Very peaceful. Anyone can do the walk/hike, small children and elderly as well. Paths are paved and cleared. Takes about an hour from start entrance to the pond and back in a slow paced walk. Very peaceful

Lovely park with something for everyone – kids, dogs, and adults! Perfect spot for parties and get-togethers. Washroom area is just okay, but the rest of the park makes up for it.

Clean and beautiful park with nice pond and trees , perfect place to spend time with whole family peacefully with lots of activities surrounded there, such as hiking,playgrounds,tennis court ,picnic areas and more. Good idea to take wedding pictures or any photoshoots as well for free . We went to take pictures with those beautiful yellow flowers bushes 🌼🫶🏻✨ we visit often 🫶🏻
