Presidio Recreation Center

The actual community center building (not the athletic fields) is tiny and staffed by weird rude people. A woman stopped me as I was entering and lied to me saying the center is "closed" even though it is a weekday afternoon and it is a public space paid by our taxes and there are several cars in the parking lot and she is literally getting paid to work. Ive never experienced this at any other swim or recreation center in San Diego County. The weird rude workers inside the building literally do not want anyone entering or using the building. They want to be left alone to their air-conditioning and wi-fi. Does the whole neighborhood suck like this or just this small bureaucratic office?

been coming here for a long time. the city worker named George who takes care of the park and baseball field is a very nice guy, he goes above and beyond to keep the park clean and safe without being mean or rude to the locals that hang out in the daytime. this park had a special place in my heart and always will. lots of good times here

Coach Luis is the best coach ever! He instills confidence in his players by trusting them to excel and do their best.
