Really Fantastic indoor sports club where you can pratice pickball, badminton or cricket. Best if you download thier app and make reservation before you come in.
We recently registered our 9-year-old child for a badminton class. The enrollment process was efficient, with the app allowing us to book an evaluation session. The evaluation was conducted by an ex-Olympic player who also coaches the kids. He is very pleasant to talk to and is kind to the children during his coaching. The facilities are spacious, with plenty of room for multiple sports activities such as cricket, pickleball, badminton, and more. These slots during weekdays are relatively less busy but evenings can be busier than usual. The slots get occupied real quick. Neat and clean facilities! The individuals in the reception are approachable.
We absolutely love Play and Thrive. The facility is top-notch, super clean, well maintained, and with just the right lighting for playing badminton. The courts are in excellent condition, which speaks a lot of the care that goes in maintaining the facility. We started with group lessons and added private lessons with coach Marco. He is an exceptionally talented and patient coach. Under his guidance, my daughter’s techniques and playing has seen tremendous growth. The staff at the front desk is very professional and responsible. We’ve never had any issues with them. I would highly recommend the place for the entire family.
Nice good facility for badminton play. Rentals are also available. Cancellation can be a challenge as you have to notify well ahead of time.
Good courts but shit management! I have been here a couple of times and always spend at-least 10-15 at check in. The management has created so many hurdles and rules for anyone to just walk in. I understand the process for members but will as a walk I don’t understand the need to download the app, mak an account get a photo , rent the right shoes. Just seems unnecessary and waste of time. This morning I had the worst experience where again as always i spent 15 min just to check in only to realise they don’t have my size shoes to rent. Not even a single size. Why keep the policy of you can’t even accommodate customers. On top of the return policy is shit. They can’t refund the money instantly. You have to wait for an email and then take an action to confirm. I mean business are trying the make the refunds as smooth an these guys just keeps adding hurdles in customer experience. Giving two start only because the courts are nice and well kept. The management hands down suck. If you’re not a regular player and just play for leisure would recommend Egret or Midwest. They are pretty easy to get in and out off.
