I love that it’s nearby our neighborhood and has a (newly renovated) playground area but what I don’t like is the picnic area and tables are being used by the local homeless as their own place they occupy daily and therefore no one else can use it to sit with their children or families to eat or relax after playing in the sun since the playground has no shade.
What a wonderful event for one of our most influential leader's Martin Luther King Jr . The MLK March is the best thing to bring at least one day all cultures together and tomorrow we back at it. You Got to love America have a blessed day
Had fun taking my daughter here before the pandemic. A show of rising times for the East Side
I didn't spend much time there. I was there for the MLK March. It seemed spacious with convenient bus stops nearby. It was a nice venue, especially given the amount of people in attendance. I have no clue what it's like on other days.
Great park, bad part of town. My son had a baseball game there a couple of weeks ago. The field was in decent shape. The grounds were clean. We all had a great time. Plenty of parking. Lock your car. Leave valuables at home.
