Pickleball by Prime Sports NY

We booked a pickleball court for 11/23 and were notified the morning of that our reservation had to be pushed back two hours due to a fire incident. While emergencies happen, that kind of last-minute change isn't realistic for coordinating a group-so we canceled. What's disappointing is that over a week later, our cards are still charged. I my friend called them twice and was promised a refund via Zelle both times. Still nothing. Mistakes happen. Delays happen. But holding onto customers' money after canceling their reservation is not acceptable. Hoping this finally gets resolved soon.

They STOLE our reservation money! We booked pickleball court for 11/23, got a call on the same day that morning saying our reservation needs to be pushed 2 hour back because of fire incident. It’s hard to make that sudden of the change for a group of people. So, we cancelled. But they didn’t refund our money back, our cards are still charged. It has already been more than a week and they haven’t given back our money. I called twice already and they promised to zelle us the money back but they NEVER did. Horrible customer service, stealing our money!

Fantastic pickleball club! The courts are top-notch—well-maintained with plenty of space to play. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, making sure everyone has a great experience. I especially love the open play on Friday nights; it’s a great way to meet other players and enjoy some fun, competitive games. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, this club is a great place to play and improve your skills. Highly recommend!
