MVP Sportsplex

I very much enjoy the facility. Some of the equipment and facilities are being to wear as I’m sure you know. I know they are being attended to. My real concern are the recent management changes - stopping and removing all points, changing membership arrangements, cutting senior payment arrangements. Some of the perks that MVP offered are gone. In particular you’re making it difficult to strongly recommend.

$150 a month for the most disgusting gym I've ever been in. Half the equipment is ripped or broken. The pool and locker rooms are covered in filth and haven't been cleaned in years. There's a disgusting film covering the hot tub that isn't cleaned. The few machines available are often held hostage by trainers even if theyre not using them by putting their towels and supplies everywhere refusing to let other guests use machines. Don't waste your time coming here unless you pay for a trainer or take one of their classes you won't be able to get a workout in in a clean friendly environment.

MVP has so many great group exercise classes, and the weights/cardio areas are super nice. Staff is always kind and the trainers are very knowledgeable! For sure the best gym in West MI!

Don't waste your time coming here $30 for a day pass but they only have 3 bench presses staff is rude and the gym is small and dirty. $30 gets you access to much cleaner gyms in the area with far more equipment for an entire month. There's filth everywhere the locker rooms are gross at this place I'm surprised more people don't get sick.

Loud, driving music— especially in the hot tub and dressing room— makes it hard to get the stress reduction of yoga, therapeutic pool. The music is not pleasant for all personalities— but it’s forced on you. I see management’s response but nothing has changed despite many people noting this to various staff. Sad - because it’s also less likely to have casual conversations— the sound creates less relaxation and more isolation. 😔😔
