On my way into downtown, I stopped here and found a place to enjoy the lunch I prepared in the Sprinter van. It's an OK park with a really nice playground and a big open field. A bit too much trash for my liking and while they have supplies for the dog walkers, it seems that some people don't know enough to pick it up. People suck.

Probably the best city of Pittsburgh pool we've been to so far. The pool itself is very big and seems to be very well kept up with. The grass area is a pretty decent size. It seemed to be less crowded today than usual according to one of the lifeguards, but this pool has lots of room to roam if there are a lot of people there. Can't wait to go again next summer!

I walk my dog here everyday. The abandoned school (Loretto) next to the park essentially serves at the dog walking area, since dogs are technically not allowed on the field or playground. The park itself is small but has everything you’d expect. It is a little dated but nothing too bad. There’s almost always someone here, whether at the park, pool, or using the fields or basketball courts.

The park is nice is general with a playground and sprinkler. You must have a summer (city) pass to access the pool which is a small fee. The “baby” area is big 1ft and 2ft depth water is Almost half of the pool but it’s great for kids and families there’s plenty of room for swimming and playing. We’re enjoying the the pool and it only goes up to 5&1/2 ft.

Moore Park is a great neighborhood spot with nice equipment that works for a diverse age group — even my toddler can have fun here! There are swings, rubber-padded mats around the play structures, plenty of benches, and a picnic table. It’s also right next to the pickleball and basketball courts, plus the water fountains that run in the summer, which is a nice bonus. Sometimes there’s graffiti, but the city usually cleans it up pretty quickly. The merry-go-round could definitely use replacing, but aside from that, I love that it’s walkable and has an amazing large swimming pool in the summertime!
