Wonderful during the day, becomes a homeless camp at night though. It appears to have a splash pad, but haven't seen it in operation yet, will update if I find out. It has two sets of tennis courts with a total of 7 courts. A little League field, covered area for events and plenty of room. The centennial trail runs along it. Two sets of bathrooms available and open.

There's a lot of shade trees to hangout under. Nice place to just relax for the day. Tennis courts, baseball field, basketball hoops, multiple parking lots and right next to Witter Aquatic Center. Could use an update on the toys, bathrooms and sport surfaces. Also needs a bbq pit. All around, it's a pretty nice park.

I sit here early morning, playing ball with my dog and while it is cold, its refreshing and makes being up early only a yawn. I banish morning mouth with a half a 1/5 of Pineapple Vodka and two 24 oz Redd's Wicked Ales Sour Apple flavor and not only does it banish morning mouth, but also afternoon, and evening mouth as well! Or it maybe just makes you less concerned that you have them. But Mission Park early morning is cool when its cold, hardly any joggers or dog walkers, so my Service Dog can relax for a moment and be just a dog chasing a ball or chasing after Sammy Squirrel and roll in leaf piles. Early morning and late night are our times and Mission Park does fit into our off-hours routine and therefore fits in with Couer D'Alene park, Cannon Park, Liberty park and Underhill park as the place to go in the Early morning and late night "Let the Service Dog be a Dog" "In" places to hang with the Sammy Squirrels and Marty Marmots!

Perfect place to bring your entire family and more to visit and play. Beautiful trees and shaded areas even place to have a party or two. Great to have this clean place in our neighborhood.
