2025.11.30 ~07:20, i arrived at Marion Diehl Park, and parked my vehicle. After "layering up" cos of the chilly and cold low 30s_F, i went OUT (CCW-Loop) : MDP > Park Rd > E Woodlawn Rd > S Blvd > Tyvola Rd > MDP Marion Diehl Park was clean and nice. The trails were in good condition and well maintained, though wet. The neighborhood was nice, except for some litter in the "open spaces.
Not a traditional playground with swings and slides. This playground challenges a kid to climb, balance and learn how their body works. My kids favorite piece of equipment were the spinning buckets. You sit alone inside it and rock your body around to twrill and spin as fast as you're able!
Near the Queens sports complex. Great place for kids & adults to hang out & play
Decent small park. Located hidden behind a Senior center. The equipment here is NOT shaded and so if you go during the day in the summer beware of burning yourself on very hot equipment. The kids had to just run around because everything except the rope jungle gym was too hot to touch. This would be nice to go to when it’s cooler out or the sun isn’t out.
Fantastic facility. Wish the lights were on a schedule so you don't just turn up and it's dark. Also cannot wait for a generous party to help get a real track there for everyone to use. Look forward to seeing it develop over the next few years
