I absolutely love everything about Lifetime CityCentre! Every class is such a joy, and the energy from the instructors is truly inspiring. Jared, our Studio Leader, doesn’t just lead the team — he genuinely cares about each member and instructor, making everyone feel supported and motivated. Every instructor I’ve met is amazing (too many great names to mention😁🤣♥️), bringing passion, positivity, and fun to every session. The Concierge Team is always so friendly and helpful, and Membership Concierge Leader, Fahad Alsammarraie, is simply outstanding — always going above and beyond, making sure every member feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Their dedication truly makes a difference in everyone’s experience💯 This gym isn’t just a place to work out — it’s a community full of warmth, encouragement, and inspiration. I honestly consider Lifetime CityCentre my second home. ✨🏠🤗

First impressions are everything. I’ve been with Life Time for a number of years. The front desk team; from Freddy & Kim, to Leo, Gabi, Grace, Steven, Roxanna, Michael and Cindy…they have become friends and more like extended family. A big shout to Mike and his Cafe team! I had an amazing experience at Life Time! The gym itself is clean, well organized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great workout. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout my visit. One of the highlights of my time there was booking an appointment for the Stretch & Massage service. I was assisted by Grant Estill, and he was absolutely fantastic. Grant not only provided a relaxing and effective stretch session, but he also took the time to teach me several valuable leg stretches that I can now incorporate into my routine. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive energy really made the session outstanding. Overall, I left feeling refreshed, more flexible, and well taken care of. Highly recommend both the gym and the Stretch & Massage service and **if you can, book with Grant!** I’ll definitely be back.

I love Lifetime City Center and everyone I come in contact with. I spend most of my time on the pickleball courts so a huge shout out to Jimmy, Mimi and Stanley. They provide a friendly healthy atmosphere and we love it!!! My next shout out is to Stacey and her yoga team. I can’t sing their praises loud enough!! She has trained some of the best yoga teachers I have ever experienced. The yoga team is truly like family not just to me but to all their participants in their classes. One last shout out goes to the front desk. Freddy and Steven set the tone when you walk in! It is such a pleasant start to my workout. Honestly, the entire staff at the desk makes me smile everyday!!! I love Lifetime City Center!!

An amazing place where you can improve your health & energy, enhance your mobility, flexibility, strength and make a positive impact on you life, I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with coach Tarek so you can discover your true potential or simply feel much better at every working session especially if you are recovering from injuries or such you will save thousands in doctors or medicines.
