Larry L. Maxam Memorial Park

All levels of play and fairly nice group of people. Been at roof top and indoor near hear in my opinion best pickleball option in L.A. Cause there not many.

Cute park! There is a section for little and bigger kids. Restrooms are clean too.

Nice park. We went to play pickleball and the people there are nice. The only issue I have with the park is the noise due to airplanes overhead. Not much you can do about it, though.

Right in the flight path for Burbank airport, so you will periodically hear and feel a roar and see them low, climbing right overhead. Faint smell of fumes.

I recently visited this park to play pickleball and wanted to share a few observations about the park's condition. While I had heard concerns about a gasoline smell potentially due to the park's proximity to Burbank Airport, I did not notice this during my visit. However, there was a noticeable odor of fertilizer, which at times smelled unpleasant. In terms of the facilities, the four pickleball courts could benefit from some maintenance. Additionally, there was significant noise from airplanes flying overhead.
