I just move to greensboro and Everyone is so welcoming, kind and charming! Love seeing my people get their fitness on! This place looks to offer Lots of classes. Kelly and Iesha are wonderful first thing in the AM!

Great place for the whole family. Lots of sports including Indoor pickle ball if that's your thing. As a NC Pet Partners therapy dog team, my Cairn Terrier and I enjoy being invited periodically to great people, spread awareness of our organization and offer lots of stress release doggyy petting.

They Need to have consistent opening and closing hours throughout the week. Opening from 1pm-5pm is insane especially on the weekend when people have more time to actually go to the gym in the first place. It’s a great facility but the hours make me want to put a bullet In my head.

The YMCA has been a wonderful place for my family, and the youth sports programs are truly outstanding. What makes the biggest difference are the people that work there like Stuart, Walker, and Sloanne. Their dedication, encouragement, and positive energy create a space where adults and kids get the chance to get the most out of their environment. My daughter has not only gotten the chance to learn the game from good coaches, I have also been able to watch her grow in confidence, teamwork, and character. Thanks to them and their help, our family’s experience has been exceptional.

I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the men’s locker room. The showers are poorly maintained—if just three or four people are using them at once, the drains overflow and you end up ankle-deep in dirty water. It’s unsanitary and unacceptable, which is why I’ve stopped showering at the facility altogether. The toilets are also in terrible shape and clearly in need of both renovation and regular cleaning. The sauna barely reaches 150°F, making it ineffective—you can sit there for 30 minutes and barely feel any heat. On top of that, the water fountain in the men’s locker room has been out of order for nearly two months, and no one seems to be addressing it. I’m paying $56 a month for a facility that doesn’t meet basic hygiene or maintenance standards. Unless these issues are resolved soon, I’m seriously considering canceling my membership.
