Honestly I thought there would be MORE homeless people considering how close it is to the church that helps the unhoused folks, but to my pleasant surprise I saw maybe 1-2 and they were just napping under a tree. Heck could have just been a person napping for all I know Now I’ll say this park is nice because it has a workout area, playground and tennis courts. It has a water fountain for humans and pets, but NO BATHROOM. I was impressed, no complaints with is as far as being a park goes, a solid neighborhood park with tennis courts. The running path is unpaved and is about .23 miles long. I ran 5 laps and ran 1.15 miles. I can imagine in the summer it’s a bit other as a place to run or workout since most of the run path and the workout area are unshaded, BUT the playground is in shade Overall one of the better parks I’ve been to in the ATX. A good neighborhood park

There are always homeless people camping out on the playscape, the picnic tables and the lawn. I had to ask a homeless person to get off the playscape so that my child could play. Dirty needles left on the physical playscape & ground. Disappointed they don't do more to protect this space for children.

This review will be about tennis courts at this park. There are lights which work most of the time. They are dim, and often break. They just installed brand new wind flaps which is amazing! Tennis courts get busy after 5pm. There is one smooth grit court (green) and one coarser grit court (black). There are often individuals in the park tripping out and screaming/chanting while you play. There are no bathrooms. I would give this review five stars if there were bathrooms and the lights fixed.

Nice neighborhood Park. Saw an outdoor artist there. There is a pic nice bench, a body weight workout station, a play area for kids, and plenty if open room. It's level and has a smooth gravel walking path and surrounded by sidewalks.

Nice tiny park with tennis courts, safe from pickleballers.
