John & Margrette Coop Park

No parking lot. Park on the side. Not typically over populated. Good for bikes and picnicking and there's fields of grass. There's basketball court. And the playground is good for toddlers AND older kids. Not really any shade but if you bring ur own chair u can find a shady spot. Not fenced in but only one point of road access. Surrounding neighborhood is clean looking. Not seemingly sketchy. Clean

Visited this park at 11:30am Sunday 2/21/21. Saw two kids walking their dog as I was leaving. There is only street parking for this park (no handicap parking). There are no bathrooms here. This park is handicap accessible with a paved walking path looping the park. This park is great for young children. This is a small clean park. There is a small playground, basketball half court, bike parking, trash, benches, picnic tables and green space. There is no gate at this park, so you could access it any time. Beautiful trees here.

I walk my dog here everyday. Sometimes I see other dogs off leash while the signage states on-leash only. The park is well kept by the city and neighbors. No restrooms or covered areas. New trees are planned for planting soon.

Calm, peaceful, open grass space, playground equipment, swings, basketball hoops, picnic table, and walking path. Great for a family walk/play time. Just keep an eye on your kids as the road is nearby. Also, no parking lot, so plan to park on the side of the road.

Quiet neighborhood park with an ok walking path. Kids playground has the basics plus a little extra. My baby loved the musical aluminum tubes. Nice place but not a ton of shade if ye need it and no bathrooms. I like less busy parks and this is a nice one.
