We came home from vacation to a basement carpet sopping with water. We were recommended Jenkins Environmental by our insurance carrier. We could not have been more pleased! The whole team has just been terrific and Sean and Michael, on the abatement team, went above and beyond each day to get our basement cleared out and abated for asbestos. Nigel, our point of contact, responded immediately to every text or email. And Cecilia on the contents team walked us through every step of the way and took good care of our belongings. Mike and his team provided the services of asbetos removal, cleanup of all debris, and cleaning of all surfaces. We found them to be very professional, quite knowledgeable about the process, and energetic in performing the hazardous but necessary work. At the start of the job, Mike was certain to explain everything they would be doing and answered all questions. He kept us informed everyday about the progress. It was a pleasure having him do the necessary work and would recommend having him doing any work in the future.
