Humboldt Recreation Center

I use to live over there years ago, in the summer the rec was open all of my friends would meet here miss it♥♥♥

They have a FREE after school program and my kids do well there. It's not very structured but there are reasonable and caring people staffing the place. Outdoor time is encouraged! Today they had a Native American dancer there to show the kids a few moves. There's snack, games, books, drawing things, a playground and a splash pad in the summer.

It's close to my house and it is a cool park. The center does offer daycare however I do not know the prices or times I just know of it. The water park is small but is fun and is a great way to cool down in the summer heat. There is also a big field near the park.

What a great place. Friendly people. Clean facilities and playground. We were welcomed and invited to come back for more events! Supervised playground area, games and crafters, tables floor homework after school program inside! Great to see!

I am glad they are redoing the water park this year. It is old and run down.
