Hudson River Pickleball

As someone who’s on the courts several times a week, I really appreciate how well the facility is run. The divider nets on every court make a huge difference — no lost balls, no interruptions, just clean, competitive play. Their customer service is outstanding. They answer calls from 7 AM to 10:30 PM every day, and anytime I’ve called outside those hours, they’ve always followed up the next morning without fail. It’s a level of service you don’t see often. The recent upgrade to the heating and cooling system has also made the environment so much more comfortable, especially during long sessions or tournaments. Overall, Hudson River Pickleball feels like a place that truly cares about players and the experience they’re creating. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I’ve been playing here regularly and this place just keeps getting better. The courts are always in great shape, and the divider nets make a huge difference, allowing games to run smoothly. The staff are super reliable and friendly. Scheduling and booking court reservations through their app, Court Reserve, is really easy and straightforward. With their new upgraded heating and cooling system, the temperature stays comfortable no matter how busy it gets, which makes longer sessions a lot more enjoyable.

Great community and kind staff members. Whenever I call they pick up the phone with a friendly hello, and they’re super accommodating with making courts available whenever possible. The courts are in really good condition, too, with net dividers that keep the balls in the courts where they belong. They’ve invested in heating and air conditioning since they opened and keep it at an even temperature. Shout out to Z Tracy and Glenn for great service. I’m really happy to have this place right for us in Englewood.

In addition to their efficiency, the staff is welcoming, inclusive, and fosters a fun, positive atmosphere for players of all skill levels. The new heating and cooling system performs exceptionally well, ensuring a consistently comfortable indoor climate. Overall, Hudson River Pickleball is a well-managed facility that prioritizes comfort, communication, and a sense of community.

I had a very disappointing experience today with Glenn. I arrived on time for the 3–5:30pm open play, was told to go to courts 1–4, and when I got there, no one was on the courts. I returned to the front desk for clarification, and Glenn told me there were three other people signed up but that he doubted they would show up. Then he said, “What do you want me to do? Cancel it?” That tone was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I have customer service experience, and this is absolutely not how you treat customers. There was also an Asian couple sitting to the side doing nothing, yet I was ignored. The way they looked at me made me feel like I didn’t belong there. It was honestly so sad and disrespectful. If you genuinely want customers, you cannot treat people like this. I drove all the way here for nothing — a complete waste of time. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place.
