It was truly a pleasure working at Hope Valley Country Club for the first time, and I can confidently say the experience exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Travis, the venue manager, set the tone for an exceptional partnership. He was warm, generous, and incredibly accommodating, but more than that, he made one thing very clear: we were a team. That mindset makes all the difference in our industry. Travis approached the day with collaboration, respect, and a genuine desire for everyone involved to be successful. His leadership created a calm, organized, and welcoming environment that allowed the entire vendor team to do their best work. Working alongside Mauricio, the catering manager, was equally wonderful. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He was thoughtful, flexible, and always one step ahead—ensuring service flowed seamlessly and guests were well cared for throughout the event. The level of hospitality and teamwork shown by the catering staff reflected strong management and pride in their work. As a wedding planner and florist, it is rare and refreshing to work with a venue team that truly understands collaboration, communication, and the importance of mutual support. Hope Valley Country Club delivered all of that and more. The experience felt grounded in tradition, hospitality, and a shared commitment to excellence—values that matter deeply to us and to our clients. We would be absolutely honored to work with Travis, Mauricio, and the entire Hope Valley Country Club team again and sincerely hope this is the first of many events together. My husband and I went to so many locations when looking for a place to get married with 14 close family members. The prices for spaces and/or getting a response from them was becoming beyond stressful. We went to visit Hope Valley Country Club and we’re so happy we did. We worked with Katie and she was amazing throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be more pleased with how our wedding ceremony and dinner reception went. Thank you so much!

I am so please with how my daughter's wedding turned out. Travis was just amazing from the day we went to tour the facility, he was there to help and advice us on everything. The club is beautiful, the people were so helpful and caring, the food was delicious and an overall wonderful experience. All of are guest were pleased, thanks!

I was there for a wedding and enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and nice. They were extremely welcoming. It is a beautiful location and well maintained grounds. The food was ok not awful but not anything I was impressed with. I noticed that they made modifications to make the location accessible which I appreciate. However just be aware the carpet is very thick which is hard to push on. There were spots for disabled parking but they were not regulation. The parking was close and easy to get to.

HVCC recently hosted our daughter’s wedding reception and everything was superb. 160 guests, and the salmon was prepared perfectly, as was the steak. Two open bars, 4 bartenders, 3 different venues for guests to enjoy—the veranda, the dining room, and the lovely dance floor. Waitstaff was on point all night. Leadership was so easy to work with and accommodating. Price was reasonable and much less than most other venues we explored. Lots of wonderful little touches and attention to details made the night special. Would highly recommend. 10/10 experience for us.
