Holman D. Rhoton Park

Nice place to walk dogs, eat lunch, let kids play on the playground. There are basketball courts. They used to have tennis courts but they were converted to pickle ball courts. Oh, well. Nothings perfect.

Nice residential park, courts, walking/biking paths, covered and uncovered seating, and plenty of parking.

For pickleball, it’s only 2 courts but still cool. Mostly kids though from what I saw. But the basketball court is really dope with some kind of matting on the over the concrete that I’ve never seen before but is great. From what I was told, “Unc’s” as the youngins call us 😂 play Friday, Sat, Sun around 7PM. Also have a fenced in soccer court with built in goal that’s dope too. Really nice park overall

Great pickleball courts. Not busy. Nice small trail for dog walking.

I visited this park for the first time recently to play pickleball with a familiar group. The pickleball courts and lights were good. The net closer to the street needed tightening. There is a bench outside the pickleball court enclosure. Seating is limited. The soccer court and basketball court looked good. There is a water filling station, but I didn't see a water fountain near the pickleball courts, so I recommend bringing water.
