They did not ship these shoes with a box, but with plastic wrap and it completely destroyed the shoe box It’s only company that use usps , and not fedex or ups ,compared to Tennis Warehouse Tennis express Midwest sports, So you wait the extra day plus when you have to return it’s much more complicated. You got to find another box to put the shoes in . And you have to ask from them to send you return label. And if you’re lucky They wouldn’t find the look for something not to give your credit last time to send me Shoes. They claimed that the shoes was worn . Just to denied me from Credit. I took a pictures To prove they are wrong . En file credit card dispute with my bank. I would never recommend nobody to deal with this company online.

Awesome sporting goods store with a great selection of clothing, shoes, equipment and accessories for racket sports. I brought my tennis racket in to be restrung on a Saturday and they were able to do it in 15 minutes while I shopped around the store. They also allow you to demo tennis racquets. The staff are very friendly and helpful in making good recommendations.

Praise to Louie in customer service at Holabird for quickly fixing my order duplication and sending me immediately a return good tag for one shipment. If you love getting MISMATCHED shoes and misplaced ATTITUDES, shop online at HolaBird sports. It will be "Adios" to your money as shoes fly away like a "Bird". Shockingly bad experience. I ordered ASICS Kayano 32 shoes and received a mismatched pair. After returning them, Holabird sent me one shoe, literally a single right shoe, no left shoe, no box, right before a trip. Instead of fixing it, customer service kept misrepresenting what they shipped, claimed I received the “correct shoe,” and implied I agreed to resolutions I never approved. I spent hours dealing with their fulfillment failures, multiple returns, and repeated errors. Their final “resolution”? A 10% discount. I spent hours fixing their issues and teaching them how to fix their issue. Such disregard for their customers. Completely disorganized, careless, and dismissive. If you value your time or money, shop elsewhere. Unless of course, you are looking for some "entertainment".

I've bought from Holabird numerous times and always appreciate their fast order fulfillment and shipping. I recently had an experience where there was something wrong with a running shoe I'd ordered, and the shoe started hurting my foot after several uses. I emailed Holabird and they promptly provided me a return label for a warranty return and refund. Would definitely recommend for quality, ease, and customer service!
