Large gym facility in a very interesting building. They have an indoor running track, a weight and fitness equipment room, and a single class right now, which is yoga at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday Thursdays. You can buy a guest pass for $10 a day, but they don't allow guest privileges. And I hope to see more from this gym in the future! If they ever add a sauna or something like that or change their guest policy, I may become a member for a year

My husband and I are relatively new members, but we've both loved Harro so far and are glad to have joined. Many negative reviews don't reflect our experience at all. This is a friendly, casual gym with expansive facilities--including great saunas! The manager, Brian, has provided a warm welcome. We love the affordable monthly membership rate and lack of annual fees, contracts, etc. Workout equipment is always clean and readily available. There's also plenty of room for group and solo exercise in lots of different places throughout the building. It's not luxurious, but for the price, we really couldn't ask for more!

I had went here last year to play basketball at their gym. It was $5 for an hour. Me and my friend both went to shoot around and it was great. We went back again today and this really mean Karen at the front desk told us the gym wasn’t available. It wasn’t even the fact that we couldn’t shoot hoops, but her demeanor and mannerism that really turned us off. It was like she really didn’t want us there in the first place, much less playing basketball. Needless to say we will try somewhere else from now on and I would encourage anyone else reading this who wants to use their court to do the same.

This place is a gem. Every time I visit Rochester to see family, I get a week pass to this gym. All the equipment is well maintained & clean, and you never have to wait to use anything. Steam & dry sauna are perfect after a workout. GM is super nice & welcoming. Do yourself a favor, go to this gym!

This is the strangest building and gym I have ever been in. The whole place looks like a Tim Burton movie set. Not good or bad, it just is Gym is… fine
