Greenwood Park

I found this park while walking my dog around the neighborhood...it's very pretty with a lot of grass and shady spots to sit. There is a bench by the grass where people sit and watch the dogs as one lady told me. Lots of beautiful flowers 🌹 I sit down there and relax before beginning my walk again. Very enjoyable with all the tree cover and picnic tables. People even sit in the park grass getting a sun tan Mostly people walking there.beautiful park Would recommend for dog walking or sack lunch.

Love this park. It’s fun for the kiddos to play with all the random bikes and cars that people donate for play. The bathroom was locked because of vandalism and unfortunately this is a common occurrence. Also the tether-ball was cut off. Big bummer for my little guy. Love walking In the garden. Solid park in good neighborhoods.

This is NOT a dog park. There are signs when you enter stating dogs are to be leashed, it’s also a city law, yet 85% of the time coming here no one follows that. The park is right up the road from me, I frequently visit for walks and taking my dog for exercise. No longer able to take my dog due to all the unleashed pets. I have had issues with this on my own as well. Seattle should step up and put better signs up and patrol the park. Children are constantly here and it’s an accident waiting to happen with all the loose dogs!

Great location for any little ones, including our canine friends, to enjoy for an hour or two. There's a sand lot filled with toys. Three areas to play and plenty of retired vehicles for kids to ride around the park. Bring some snacks and a blanket and you have the perfect picnic location. There's even a PeaPatch where kids can learn about veggies.

Greenwood Park seems a pretty cool community park where everyone can have fun. There are a small field, a playground, a basketball court, some table tennis tables and picnic tables, as well as a community garden at a corner. I visited on a Sunday morning, it looks clean and calm.
