Went to see the Brandy & Monica concert on November 1, 2025. Nice venue; have been several times before. Only one issue, it's older and could use an update. Seats aren't as comfy and the upper level is super steep.

Just saw my favorite band Sleep Token this past weekend & had an amazing experience. The band had some issues that made the show have significant delays that caused long lines waiting to get into the venue. My son REALLY had to use the restroom, so I found a very sweet lady at a security check & she took him back to a restroom to prevent an accident. She said she has worked at this venue for many years, so whoever she is I say THANK YOU! Employees at the concessions were friendly, and access in and out of the venue were manageable considering there was 15k people at the concert! We also took pictures at the stage after the show. Security moved people along, but they also let us have our moments taking pictures without being aggressive about it. My first time seeing a concert here and my first time seeing Sleep Token., so kuddos to the staff for making a great experience for my family and I!

I went for a concert and this venue is far better suited for expo or craft fair type events. For concerts, It's a standing room venue. Acoustics are pretty awful, no sound baffles or decent lighting. Just a wide open space. Bathrooms are too small and even had to contend with lines. Not able to get fresh air, you have to stay in the venue. I feel like the whole complex could do better.

Came here for Sleep Token from out of state. The venue itself was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful when we encountered them. For my friend and I we arrived at the venue around 4:30 and got into line around 4:45-5pm. On the ticket in my email it said that we should get there by 6 because doors would open at 6:30pm. When we found a line at the front of the venue there was no signage or workers nearby to let us know if that's where we were supposed to be. We asked a few others in line and they all just shrugged and assumed it was correct so we decided to take our chances. Around 6:30pm we were told by the other attendees in line that the doors would not be opening up till 7:30pm. Still no interaction with the staff ensuring us that this was the correct line or letting us know when the doors would open or what the delay was. When 7:30 arrive we still had no information. Around 7:40 we overheard through the parking lot staff's walkie that they would delay doors opening till 8pm. Yet again, the attendees in line had to relay the message to the rest of the crowd of the change. It was wild to me that such a delay would happen without a staff member just letting everyone know. Obviously things happen and delays occur. I'm not upset about that. I'm frustrated with the severe lack of communication to the crowd in where we needed to be and when things were going to happen. I've been to plenty of concerts in different venues across many states and this was the first time I experienced such disregard to communicating with the attendees. Once we were in though the experience was efficient. Getting through security wasn't bad, we had our clear bags ready to be searched. I had pre-loaded my tickets from Ticketmaster into my Google wallet and apparently it didn't work at this venue so I had to wait a moment to load Ticketmaster app up again. Which I heard was a problem for many people getting into the venue and caused a bit of a delay. Would've been nice to know that it needs to be on Ticketmaster only. We were finally able to sit in our seats by 8:20ish and the opener (Thornhill) started at 8:30. I heard many people were still stuck outside until at least halfway through the sleep token set!! Which is crazy and I have no idea what caused such delays. We had previously gone to Gas South Arena in Duluth for another sleep token concert and the experience was so vastly different. We still had a blast and enjoyed our time. We were lucky that we were seated and able to enjoy our time but sadly that was not the experience for everyone at this show and I don't really get why. Things happen, stuff gets delayed. It just sucks that it affected to many people negatively.

Very nice, isn't hardly a bad seat in the place. The only issue i have had was section 112 in the handicap section with my cousin. Couldn't see nothing due to the Suite Section. All of them was standing and walking around which made it impossible to see or hear cause they was all being LOUD. ( You can see the suite in my picture so just imagine it full of college kids that was drinking lol )
