FDR Park

Had so much fun at the Day of the Dead Celebration: Gran Fiesta de los Muertos this past October! The ofrenda was beautiful and the performances were awesome to see. Definitely enjoyed walking around the park as well!

The South Asian Market is a good time in FDR Park! There are vendors selling clothes..Boba Tea and Asian Foods! There are plenty vendors and the prices and reasonable! The smells make everything so inviting and it was great to sample many items! The foods reminded me of my time in Thailand and the flavor profiles were dead on! It was a good time and I will definitely return to sample more food.

What a cool experience it was to eat and wander around this East Asian food market. From the smells of oriental food to the many different dialects of languages! This place is one you should add to your list while over by the stadiums. PS the Google location is not correct they are near the pond when I went.

What more can you say about this DIY skatepark created by and created for skaters! Amazing time seeing this place in real life and great to see the park being used and abused just like its supposed to be! RIGHTEOUS.

Great spot for a concert. Easy to and from with the trains right there. Misting fountains were fun but could totally surprise someone. I loved that there were fireflies at night too. I should have worn bug spray for the mosquitos on a hot humid night, but had a great time at the Make The World a Better Place concert.
