Emergency Water and Mold Removal

Our basement flooded during the hurricane remnants hitting Berkeley County in August 2024. As our basement was large with several different rooms, Matt was able to give a precise cost invoice based on each room and what would need to be done complete with a diagram and a lime by line detailed analysis of the repairs required. His team showed up on time and completed the work within the time frame requirements with professionalism as advertised. All mold was removed and the area cleaned before departure. The customer service was also excellent and any questions I had were answered in a timely and courteous manner. Mike was really helpful in inspecting areas of our house for mold. He ensured me some concerns I had were not a problem. He gave us a very fair estimate for mold that was in the basement. Team worked quickly and efficiently. Mold was removed.

Mike and his crew did a great job remediating and cleaning my crawlspace. For a reasonable price they did a full service that included adding a drain pipe. When part of the vapor barrier began to peel, he was there right away to fix. I highly recommend.

I did not use this company YET, however-Sunday afternoon I had an issue when trying to repair my bath tub. I called and was immediately met with a friendly voice. Mike (I believe that is who helped me) told me he’d call me right back with an estimate. Since it was Sunday, the cost would be more but Mike offered to come out—however, he was also very honest (hard to find nowadays) and told me if I wanted to wait until Monday, it wouldn’t cause my ceiling anymore damage/harm. Mike even let me FaceTime him to show him what I was talking about since I’m not a professional in describing the issue. I woke up today and everything seems dry. So I got in touch with Mike and he said I would be fine and that he can always come back out for a free estimate if I want. I’ve been wanting to get a few remodeling things accomplished at our house and Mike mentioned the other side of their business does remodeling. I plan to have them come out to repair some ceilings I have and also test for any mold. Especially in todays world, it is so hard to find reliable companies and honest people. I’m thankful that Mike took my call on a Sunday afternoon and took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you!
