Imagine the Sopranos, but everyone is a clown. That’s basically Elizabeth, New Jersey. Shout out to Justine, the zoom moderator! I don’t know how you got that job but you better keep it cuz you don’t have what it takes to get hired anywhere else, girl!

This court issued our business an overnight parking ticket. We are located over an hour away and our vehicles are in our yard overnight. We have camera evidence of the vehicle being in our yard on the night the ticket was issued. They will not allow us to mail in the evidence to dismiss the ticket, which is obviously a B.S. ticket. The extremely rude lady on the phone told us, with a nasty attitude, that we have to plead NG and wait for an appearance date. It would cost us less to pay the ticket than to pay an employee overtime to appear in court for this nonsense. Complete scam. It could have been their parking police that entered a plate # incorrectly, but imagine the money they make issuing false tickets to businesses way out of their area, hoping they will just pay and won't have time to appear in court. 🤔

This city goes hard on parking violations, many spots are hard to even notice it’s paid parking. No sign or indication. If you’re from out of town just pass by and spend your money else where, or else they’ll give you a bs ticket.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever received. It’s impossible for them to do anything right. I have been trying to get my drivers license fixed and have had to jump through hoops with these people to get it done for months! I finally have everything resolved and need for them to send me an email with confirmation and they can’t even do that right! You should retrain your staff to be more respectful! I don’t understand how this facility is still even operational at this point. If you don’t like your job it’s pretty easy to go find something else instead of taking it out on your customers!!! Can’t even get pass the receptionist without being hung up on or transferred to a line no one answers. Not even the managers return your call.

Would give them zero stars if possible. Called 1000 times with no answer. After continues calls, different days, I was able to talk to 3 different people. Two of which provided the wrong information, resulting in me missing my virtual meeting.. Wasted 5 hours on the process. Worse government office in NJ.
