EB Moore Park

SUN 2025.07.20 ~05:50 arrived, parked, and Out i went on ~5+ miles walk (CCW-Loop: EB Moore Park, Latta Park, Charlotte Rail Trail, and the neighborhood. High 70s_F .. climbing to high-90s_F later today 😳 The Parks, trail and the neighborhood were well-maintained and clean.

This is a neighborhood park that is well used with soccer practice/games, some dog groups meeting up, lacrosse drills, basketball hoop, and tennis courts. There is a shelter where I have seen some kids parties being held.

It's a good field with quite a few ant hills all over. The restrooms were really clean for a public one. However, when the park rangers come they are very stubborn about if you have a permit or not. A group of guys and I do some unorganized rec time here about 2 a week for the past 3 years and never had a problem until now. It makes no sense since it is a publicly funded park. But again the field is pretty good.

Great park with a soccer field, basketball court, tennis courts, playground equipment, and a covered picnic area. Charlotte Junior Soccer hosts games ND practices here.
