Really nice hall for birthday weddings or any other activities

This is an unfinished facility by the Developer. The acoustics are very bad in both meeting rooms. Community meetings held are a disaster because those attending may not hear every spoken word clearly, causing misunderstandings. If social events are held in these rooms, and a group of adults carry on normal conversation, the sound level raises beyond comprehension. The windows have no shades installed, and the sun at certain angles is blinding those in the room. Important to note that there is no active day to day management of the Rec Center. No Activities Director. Lacks Security in the evenings and weekend. The Developer turned over this facility to HOA with these and other known shortcomings. Yes, the Rec Center facilities, including the basket ball courts, swimming pool, the tennis courts, and Building itself maybe impressive at a first, superficial look. It is obviously designed to help sales of homes at Eagle Creek. The Rec facilities look good enough to fool potential buyers during a quick walk through. But real users of the facility know that this facility needs to get finished, in all its details, and to get better day to day maintenance, and supervision. As is, it is only just a sales gimmick for the Developer.

For such a luxury type community, you need to hire new maintenance men. My hat was removed from the park within 5 minutes of leaving the premise due to rain. Came back minutes later and maintenance took my property and claim they never saw it. Hire people who aren’t desperate to steal...not a good look for property for value
