Dry Time Restoration

When we recently had a leak from our dishwasher into our finished basement, I called a local plumber Reddick and Sons who were great and diagnosed the issue as a broken pump. He made the suggestion that they work with the mitigation and restoration company DryTime and would we like to work with them or get our own company? I went with Dry Time and within minutes we were set up with Reed, the project manager for mitigation. He came out about 1.5 later and went to work looking at the damage and figuring out what was needed. Reed was super low key, friendly, and efficient. He got in touch with our insurance while there and got that ball rolling. He then set us up with the clean up team and the next day Tony (Gorham) and Chip showed up. They immediately got to work setting up all the equipment to dry out our kitchen floor and the basement ceiling. They were prompt, courteous, cheerful and friendly. They came back 3 days later to check dryness. There was still some damp in the basement ceiling so Tony said he’d come back the following day. He showed up with his usual good nature and checked everything thoroughly, made sure I had no further questions, and removed all equipment. Although the area was dry, he retreated some mold activity under the dishwasher and cabinet area and alerted the project manager to that. He explained next steps with the restoration team. I would definitely recommend Tony and Chip and Dry Time! (I can’t speak to price as it’s going through insurance so don’t have the figures at this time.)

Dry Time has been SO easy to work with. We had a leak coming from our upstairs shower into our downstairs powder room. It was a mess. Dry Time was able to get someone out the next day to take a look and figure out what we needed. Reed was fantastic, he did a thorough inspection, and even helped with the initial call to our insurance company to get a claim going. Tony and Chip were there the following day to tear out the wet materials, set up drying equipment and apply mold preventer. Again--super friendly and helpful. They explained what was going on, and were not at all condescending. They were on time both for the original appointment and to pick up the drying equipment/ensuring the spaces dried. An estimator is coming out tomorrow to get the renovation process started. We are just one week into this process, and New Year's was last week. I feel confident that the renovation will go just as smoothly--if it doesn't I'll come back to edit my review.

Dry Time came out and made some major ceiling repairs after a leak was found. From start to finish they were great. The communication on arrival times. Showing up on time every day. They also took great care of dust control with plastic sheeting and drop cloths. Very impressed. Not to mention the work looks top quality. And every employee was friendly. Make sure you ask for Travis if you have any drywall repairs. Absolutely top notch.

Highly Recommend! While cooking one evening, my sink suddenly started gushing out water. Before I knew it, the water had seeped through to the basement, soaking the ceiling and rug. I called Dry Time Restoration, and by the next morning they were already at my door. I was incredibly impressed by their prompt response. They inspected everything right away and immediately set up the drying process. After three days, they returned to check on the progress and, because of the amount of water, recommended an additional three days, making the total drying process about a week. They explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the steps. I’m very happy with the work they did. And the staff truly made the experience even better! Brittany May and Matt Moss were so helpful, patient, and professional throughout. A couple things that really stood out to me were their attention to details and their flexibility, especially with arranging a payment plan. I’m grateful for their support during such a stressful situation. Highly recommend Dey Time Restoration!

I cant say enough about Dry Time.. I flooded my basement and they handled everything, seamlessly. From the get go every department, every person was pleasant, professional, easy to work with. They made a horrible experience so much better. I recommend highly and will definitely use again. Thank you all for your hard work!!
