I wish I knew sooner about taking my kids here during the summer. It’s a great place to cool down and have to fun for a couple of hours. For city residents it’s free and for non it’s only $4. It’s clean, plenty of lifeguards on duty.
So many programs - a really happening place for the community. They even have a drop-off point for recycling cooking oil! Receptionist is super helpful.
I had an amazing time at this event hosted by City Orlando, and I was honored to be a part of "April Pool's Day"
Swimming lessons - Disappointed. Instructors need to have stronger tips and tricks for teaching. The kids and adults are bunched up together in the pool which is a lot of noise and feel chaotic. BEWARE - if classes are cancelled due to weather you can only make up 1 class on that Friday. Meaning, if 2 classes are cancelled you can only make up 1 class. Hard to get someone on the phone. Lots of room for improvement.
Great pickleball crowd. Aa an visitor from out of town i was welcomed to play.
