Went into Dick's sporting goods store number 1580 yesterday to purchase two pair of OnCloud tennis shoes was greeted by young lady by the name of Laci her customer service was totally, totally, awesome she went up to and beyond my expectations of going into a sporting good store she was very courteous very friendly and, she talked to us like she'd been knowing us all her life I also called into the store this morning to talk to a manager to let her know that she has an employee that is awesome thank you Miss Laci for your support, your friendliness and your kindness!!! customer service totally over the top keep up the good work and I'll come back and see you again you have my word Happy New Year. I had the best experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods thanks to Trevor! He went above and beyond helping me find the right shoes. He suggested several different options to address the issues I’ve been having with my feet and back, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. On top of that, his personality and attitude were amazing. He was so positive, friendly, and professional. Honestly, it was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Trevor is truly an asset to Dick’s, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of how great he made the experience! Thank you Trevor for all your help!

This Dick’s location was recently renovated and has been completely overhauled. It offers a wide variety of sporting goods, clothing, and more! The sheer size is fairly impressive and the decor of the store is definitely thought out. It’s definitely worth a walk around the store to see the different amenities they offer from a simulation batting box, rock climbing wall, and repair services! It did take a bit of time to find the item I was looking for, but overall I would say that the renovation was for the better.

Love love LOVE this Dicks 😀. I don't get here as often as I like, but whenever I come through they always have what I'm wanting. Very spacious, neat and detail with friendly professional associates. Worth the 30 mile trip 💪🏿💪🏿💯

My visit was great. I spoke with Fran For a little while before eventually doing a club fitting, which she didn’t try to force me to do! She was very very very nice and easy to talk too. Daniel did my fitting and everything was great. No complaints there. Before going to dicks I checked out multiple other story like golf galaxy and they were terrible, I could just tell they got commission from selling things because I was just showed all the most expensive clubs and im new to golf. 10/10 recommend
