We attended Drexel's match against PSU last night. The venue is excellent and apparently seated about 2,500. Sight lines are quite good, seating is close to the action and staff was helpful. With only one concession stand food was not practicable but the evening was still enjoyable.

had court side seats at the game nice arena, service was very good, even got to meet the cheerleaders and dance team, even had a 5 dollar voucher which was included in my ticket for the concession stands, staff was very friendly and helpful

It is a decent place to watch a game. I enjoyed myself! Mario, the mascot is the worst excuse of a mascot ever. He barely moved. Jeesh, put in an effort!

Service experience has been poor over the past 6 years. There's several occasions where access to facility was denied or use of gym equipment/area was not available. Online schedules for various programs often do not reflect real-time availabilities. There are often no updates on changes/cancellations/gym policies/membership protocols of different programs, which really upsets the members, considering the time we took to commute to gym only to be disappointed and turned away. There are misinformations given when phone call attempts were made to ask about hours of operations. Management has been almost impossible to contact. We understand that this facility is mainly run by students, however, his facility also services the public. It is very unprofessional coming from a university to have poor communications and operations. The university & facility should be able to hire and operate on full-time, consistent staff instead of staying heavily reliant on student's variant schedules. The only pro is that the equipment are on par and there's adequate space for a good workout.
