Small but Well-Maintained Neighborhood Park Crabtree Park is a solid little neighborhood park that offers a clean, safe space for families and local residents. It’s not huge, but it makes good use of the space. The playground is great for younger kids, and the sandpit is a nice touch for toddlers. There’s also a basketball court and a small T-ball field, which gives older kids and teens a place to play as well. The park is usually clean, and the equipment seems well-maintained. It’s a good spot for an hour or two of outdoor time without having to go far. There’s also a few shaded areas and benches where parents can relax while kids play. Parking is street-only, but it’s usually easy to find a spot nearby. It can get a little busy during after-school hours or weekends, but it generally doesn’t feel overcrowded. This isn’t a destination park with trails or big open fields, but for everyday use, it’s perfect. It’s a safe, convenient, and reliable place to bring the kids or shoot some hoops. Great option for those living in the area looking for a quick outdoor escape.
I love this park because I've been going here my entire life. There are many things to do if you put your mind on it, the trees are fun to climb, there aren't usually too many people so its peaceful and its a very nice place for little ones.
The address provided it’s incorrect. The location is not the same park.
Favorite park in the area overall. A lot of my opinion comes from having a toddler- not a lot of parks have sections that are sizable or have enough activities for the littler ones. This park has an awesome balance. In addition, the huge field, fenced in court, and basketball court add a lot of options for things to do. All of the folks who live nearby are so nice when they interact with you, and other families at the park are very courteous. I recommend this park over many in the Arden area. 🙂
Decent park with a nice play ground. It has a field, baseball diamond, basketball court, tennis court, drinking fountains and dog waste centers with free bags where you can also donate old plastic bags. They also have a horse shoe pit, barbecues and ample sitting space. I don't think the bathroom is unlocked most days, however which is a big bummer for the kids.
