Really great place to spend a day! State of the art golf hitting bays and many pickleball courts. Plenty of activities for everyone. Cold beers offered by Strings which never fail to impress. Food smelled great and lots of friendly staff to help answer questions. This place is a great addition to the neighborhood

Let me start by saying the customer service and the food is great. I give them both 5 stars. The staff is very friendly and always helpful and I've tried the BBQ and love it. But I have to give 3 stars BASED on the experiences that I've had playing pickleball. I know they are new, but for anyone who is above a 3.5 pickleball player, it's not the best experience. And here's why: 4 of the 8 courts have problems with the size of the area around the court. Court 2 and 3 literally have a foot, maybe 2 feet behind the baseline to serve. It's just too tight to have a serious game. Then there is the smell of BBQ while you're playing pickleball. You end up salivating the entire time you're playing, which if you're just going to hang out and drink beer, is not bad, but if you're having a serious game, it's not that cool. I really want this place to do well and succeed, but for serious pickleball, it just currently misses the mark.

I went into chipshots because we had our Christmas party for work there. So I wanted to try the brisket. At our party we had the burgers and some chicken strips ( the chicken was burnt but it tasted better than it looked) I went in yesterday around 3pm it was a Sunday. The first thing I noticed was how rude the lady behind the counter was. I didn’t know they Do NOT ACCEPT CASH! The cashier was very rude when she acted like I should have known that they don’t accept cash ( I find that to be unamerican ) The second thing I noticed was how DRUNK everyone was I sat at the counter while waiting for my food I ordered the brisket sandwich 20$ while I waited I was checking my emails and this very intoxicated man was leaning over my shoulder trying to look at my phone. When I looked up at this man he said he was sorry he wasn’t trying to look over my shoulder he said he was skipped over by the lady behind the counter I said she was probably busy and that it wasn’t personal at that time he about fell over and I realized he was so drunk he grabbed a lady around her neck and was falling all over her. About that time a server came up with a plate of food and asked if this was to go I said yes and she dumped it into a to go box and handed it to me. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough so I didn’t ask her for a bag and I left as I was walking out I noticed that the bbq sauce didn’t have a lid so I went back inside to ask her for a lid as I was walking back inside she ran out the door clearly upset I got my lid still no bag nor asked if I wanted one so I left. When I got home and went to eat my food I realized that it was all end piece of the brisket and it was so burnt that I couldn’t even pick out the meat that wasn’t burnt !!! So I threw it in the trash I don’t recommend chipshots for the food it was awful and I threw it in the trash also because of the drunk person who was completely wasted and the last reason is the service , you don’t except cash I find this to be UNAMERICAN AND ILLEGAL Also you don’t treat people this way rude and unprofessional. I am a barber right down the street and I was telling my clients to try your business I will not continue to do this as my experience was horrible and the food was horrible as well!

We had a lot of fun at this place! The food and drinks were great and there was a lot of games/things to do!
