Carter Park

Carter Park Playground: Pros: This playground is secluded away from the road and not too close to parking lots. It has both regular swings and baby swings. Best of all, this playground is a stone's throw away from New Roots Cafe! Cons: The playground is small and the bathroom is a long walk away (patronize Starbucks or New Roots Cafe for bathroom use!).

The park is clean, newer, and maintained well. The swings are functional without two much squeaking. There are two baby/toddler swings and two regular swings. There is a jungle gym with a slide. Starbucks is within 30 yards for use of refreshments or the restroom.

Wouldn't really go here with my kids if I had one. Plenty of better parks to choose from. But I will say its nice for the community to have a park in that area

It is a small park and it is close to my house. Only problem is, it does not have bathrooms?? I wish they would put even a portable potties. They definitely need some kind of bathrooms????

Smaller park but perfect for baseball, basketball, walking around or playground! Conveniently located near a coffee shop and has a pavilion to picnic at
